Common Questions

What kind of items do you accept?

We focus on premium high-street and contemporary brands such as COS, & Other Stories, Whistles, Arket, Reiss and AllSaints. Items should be clean, current in style, and in excellent resale condition with minimal wear.

We don’t usually accept fast fashion, heavily worn pieces, ultra-luxury labels, or items over 10 years old — though we’re always happy to review photos first.

Do you accept out-of-season or vintage pieces?

We prioritise pieces that feel current in both style and season, but we’re happy to review quality items all year round. For out-of-season pieces, we may recommend our Quick Cash option so you don’t have to wait for the right moment to sell.

How many items can I bring?

As many as you like. Consignment space can sometimes be limited, so Instant Buy is often the quicker option. If you have a mixture of pieces, we’re happy to split them between consignment and Instant Buy to suit what works best.

What makes Studio No.34 different from Cash4Clothes or donating to charity shops?

We’re selective about what we take. Every piece is individually assessed and curated — we don’t buy by weight or accept bulk bags.

While it may take a little longer to sort through the pieces best suited to us, your overall return is typically far greater than using a cash-for-clothes service or simply donating to a charity shop.

We focus on quality contemporary brands and resale value, offering a more considered, curated way to pass on your better wardrobe pieces — without underselling them.
