Selling FAQ
What condition and brands do you accept?
We take clean, ready-to-wear pieces in excellent condition — free from stains, strong odours or required repairs. Our focus is on premium high-street and contemporary brands that fit our studio aesthetic.
Do you accept vintage, out-of-season or supermarket brands?
Selected vintage pieces may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. For modern labels, we prioritise current season styles to help them sell quickly. We don’t typically accept supermarket brands in order to maintain our curated range.
What determines if my items are accepted?
Final acceptance depends on age, condition, style relevance and current demand. For consignment, we generally look for pieces we believe can achieve a resale price of £30 or more.
What happens if an item is valued at less than £30?
While items with a resale value under £30 aren't eligible for consignment, they may still be perfect for our Quick Cash service! This ensures you can still turn your preloved pieces into immediate funds even if they don't meet the consignment boutique threshold.
Can I post my items to you?
Yes, of course you can. If posting is easier for you, we’re very happy to receive your items that way — we just ask that postage costs are covered by you.
For peace of mind, we strongly recommend sending your parcel insured and tracked, as we’re unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.
We genuinely love meeting our clients in person and offering a more personal studio experience, but we completely understand that life gets busy. If you’re short on time or would simply rather not pop in, posting your pieces works perfectly too.
Where are my items sold?
We currently sell on platforms like eBay and Vinted, where there’s great demand for the brands we curate.
We also have a small circle of private clients who regularly check in with us to see what’s new, so occasionally pieces sell directly through our own network too.
Are my items safe with you?
If you are consigning with us, your items are stored safely and securely, as we are online only and not a brick-and-mortar store.
